Wholesale is available for retailers for the purpose of resell only. Pricing for current wholesale products include all wooden place card holder collections and wooden coasters.

SIGNING UP FOR WHOLESALE ACCONT

You can apply for a wholesale account with esselle by filling out the form below. You must complete the form to move forward with the approval process. Once we receive your application, we will notify you within three (3) business days of the status of your account application.

ORDER AMOUNT MINIMUMS

Opening orders: $275

Minimum reorder: $100

PAYMENT TERMS

100% payment is required at time of order confirmation. Production does not begin until the order is placed and paid in full amount. esselle accepts payment by credit card (amex, visa, master) or company check by mail. 

ORDERING

Online retailers carrying esselle products are required to include the esselle name in the product title or in the product description. This is a requirement for selling our products online. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Selling esselle products through a third party website (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.) is NOT ALLOWED. We will revoke your wholesale access and account status if we find out you are selling through a third party.

All esselle products being sold online must state: “created by esselle”.

SHIPPING

Wholesale orders are shipped FOB Fremont California. We whip via USPS unless requested otherwise. The shipping rate ranges between 10%-15% of the order total. This does not apply to international orders as there may be additional custom fees. If you are an international retailer, please get in touch with us and we will provide a quoted shipping rate.

We aim to get your orders out as fast as we can. The average ship time is approximately 2-4 weeks from order date. Please note this time frame does not apply to international orders, as sometimes packages are delayed in customs.

Special handling or rush shipping requests are subject to extra charge. Please email us to CONFIRM that we can, in fact, rush ship your order before confirming the PO.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

Changes to orders will only be accepted pre-production. If the production begins, order changes will not be accepted.  Order cancellations can only be applied to items that does not require production - i.e., natural beech wood place card holders. Cancellations must be received within 2 business days of order placement.

RETURNS / CLAIMS

Any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other damages must be photographed and reported to esselle within three (3) business days of receipt of goods. Credit for damaged products will be honored if the original packaging is retained for inspection and images of damaged items are sent to esselle.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns for any reason other than damage, or manufacturer defect.  No returns will be accepted without a esselle authorization (RA) number. Returns must be received within 30 days of initial RA number issue date.
