Important Notes

We do not ship on weekends and Federal holidays.

We are currently processing orders within 3-7 business days (depending on our production volume) then prepped to ship from Fremont, California. 

If your order is urgent, please reach out to us at info@essellesf.com to make sure we can, in fact get your order delivered in time. 

If a package is marked as 'Delivered' but you did not receive the package, please contact UPS or USPS to file a Missing Package Claim. Use the links below to begin filing.
 

Shipping and Handling

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. Taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. Your cart must have a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more before the order is eligible for shipping. Your discount, promotions, tax and shipping will not be included in determining your merchandise subtotal.

A Flat Rate shipping rate applies to orders under $35. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

  • All Orders Ship from Fremont, California.
  • We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address -- please check your info twice before placing the order. Customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

Shipping Carrier Transit Time

  • USPS Priority and First Class Package: 1-4 business days. *There are cases for First Class Package to be delayed up to 14 days.

  • UPS Ground: 1-7 business days depending on your zip code.

  • UPS and DHL for International Shipping: 5-10 business days depending on country.   
  • Please buffer an extra 3-4 days during holiday season.

Refund/Exchange/Returns

  • Refund is for Store Credit only. We will be able to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase for non-customized/non-monogrammed products. Customer are responsible for shipping of exchanged products. 
  • Monogrammed, handcrafted and custom items cannot be returned nor exchanged. 
  • Items that are less than $5 such as the vinyl decals cannot be refunded or returned. 
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of Return Shipping.
  • Returns/Exchange MUST BE RECEIVED with 14 Days from the day we send you a Return Label. There may be 7 day grace period but no exceptions after that. It is your responsibility to ship an item back to us in a timely manner.
  • If you believe your product has 'manufacturing defects', please take photos and send us an email within 3 days of receiving your goods. Upon inspection we will determine if a free replacement will be warranted. We do our best to inspect all merchandise before shipment but sometimes it still slips through our fingers. Rest assured that those cases are an exception and not the norm.
    • SPECIAL NOTE FOR TECH PRODUCTS:

      We currently do not offer any warranties, however, if your tech products have unusually 'worn-out' much faster than anticipated within 3 months of receiving your goods - please send us photos so we can inspect the item to determine if it warrants a Free Replacement.

      Any major drops on rough surfaces such as concrete/gravel will not be considered for a free replacement.
