SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.
  • We do not process orders on weekends and Federal holidays.
  • Our current processing time is 3-5 business days (depending on production volume) then prepped to ship.
  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages and from different warehouses depending on the product ordered.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for order over $35.  Taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. 
  • Shipping rate applies to orders under $35.
  • If your order is urgent, please reach out to us at info@essellesf.com to make sure we can, in fact get your order delivered in time. 

FEATURE BRANDS

Items from our partnering brands (such as KITSCH) will ship directly from the vendor's warehouse! As with any Esselle SF products, tracking and shipping confirmation email will be sent through Esselle.

WRONG ADDRESS/MISSING PACKAGE

  • We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address -- please check your info twice before placing the order. Customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
  • We are not responsible for missing packages if the shipping carrier has scanned and marked the item as 'Delivered'.
  • For missing packages, please contact UPS or USPS to file a Missing Package Claim. 
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
  • Refund is for Store Credit only
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please reach out to us to start your return and place a new order. Once we've received your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow 1 week for the return to be processed.
  • Partnering Brands (Esselle Marketplace) have different policies for Returns/Exchanges - please read each product listings carefully for details, or reach out to us if you have additional questions!
  • Items that are less than $5 such as the vinyl decals cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the day we send you a Return Label. 
  • If you believe your product has 'manufacturing defects', please take photos and send us an email within 7 days of receiving your goods. Upon inspection we will determine if a free replacement will be warranted. We do our best to inspect all merchandise before shipment but sometimes it still slips through our fingers.
