FAQ: Order | Shipping | Returns
Pre-orders
All pre-orders are on 'holding' status. We will not charge you until your order is prepped to ship. Our entire shop is currently taking pre-orders until March 21st. Shipping is expected to begin on March 24th.
If you placed a pre-order and would like to cancel - you are free to do so on/before March 21st. Any pre-orders that are canceled after March 21st may be subject to a restocking fee.

- Standard shipping $5.95-$6.95 will apply to orders under $35+.
- Enjoy free Standard Shipping on orders $35+.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We hand package and ship all orders from our Northern California studio.
- We do not process orders on weekends, Federal holidays and scheduled company-wide vacations. Please sign up to our e-mail to stay up to date on our shipping schedule!
- If your order is urgent, please reach out to us at info@essellesf.com to make sure we can, in fact get your order delivered in time.

Order Processing Time
All hand-crafted orders are made-to-order. Please allow production period before orders are prepped to ship.

WRONG ADDRESS/MISSING PACKAGE
- We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address -- please check your info twice before placing the order. Customers are responsible for the re-delivery cost.
- We are not responsible for missing packages if the shipping carrier has scanned and marked the item as 'Delivered'.
- For missing packages, please contact UPS or USPS to file a Missing Package Claim.
- Refund is for Store-Credit only unless otherwise specified.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please reach out to us to start your return and place a new order. Once we've received your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow 1 week for the return to be processed.
- *Refund Exception* - You may be eligible for a full cash-refund if you reach out to cancel your order within the day it is placed as long as production has not yet begun.
- Returns must be received within 30 days from the day we issue you a Return Label.
- If you believe your product has 'manufacturing defects', please take photos and send us an email within 7 days of receiving your goods. Upon inspection we will determine if a free replacement will be warranted. We do our best to inspect all merchandise before shipment but sometimes it still slips through our fingers.
