We offer FREE Priority Shipping on all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. This offer applies to USPS Priority Shipping only. Regular shipping charges apply for USPS Priority delivery upon all orders UNDER $35. Taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount. Not valid for chase. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
USPS Priority 2-3 Business Day: determined by weight; your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Some items may ship separately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you. You can return full-price merchandise with the original invoice within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charge on items that are not made-to-order. Return items must be in new condition, with original packaging and with original tags attached. Return items must not be used, washed, or altered.
Please understand we currently cannot do any exchanges due to made-to-order products.

To complete your return:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to state the reason for return and request a Return Consent Form.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost (unless otherwise specified by both parties).
- Customers will need to return item(s) in its original packaging, along with a print-out of the Return Consent Form.
