All pre-orders are on 'holding' status. We will not charge you until your order is prepped to ship. Our entire shop is currently taking pre-orders until March 21st. Shipping is expected to begin on March 24th.
If you placed a pre-order and would like to cancel - you are free to do so on/before March 21st. Any pre-orders that are canceled after March 21st may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns
Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns for unused, and unaltered items in its original packaging. Our refunds are issued in form of Store Credit only. We do not provide cash refunds as most items are hand-crafted upon order placed. Return shipping will be deducted in the final refund amount.
*Refund exception* - Order may be issued a full cash refund if it's cancelled within the day of the order placed before production has begun.
We do not offer exchanges. Please reach out to us to start your return and place a new order.
